All crypto trading activity on bethonsolana is your own responsibility. Cryptocurrency markets carry significant financial risk. Past performance of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other asset is not indicative of future results.

Intellectual Property

All content on bethonsolana — including interface design, blockchain technology integrations, trading algorithms, and written material — is owned by bethonsolana or its licensors and may not be reproduced.

Limitation of Liability

bethonsolana is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, blockchain network congestion, or third-party service failures. Crypto trading involves risk that you accept by using this platform.

In no event shall bethonsolana's total liability to you exceed the trading fees you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate.

Third-Party Services

bethonsolana integrates third-party blockchain technology providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of those external services.

Security

bethonsolana applies industry-standard security measures including 2FA requirements, encrypted data storage, and quarterly smart contract audits. You must report suspected security issues within 24 hours.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time. Pending crypto trading orders will be cancelled and remaining balances withdrawn to your verified wallet within 5 business days of account closure.

Changes to Terms

bethonsolana may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026.
